Management and Support Services/Administration
Management is headed by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who is also the overall supervisor to all staff in the District. The Department has the following sectors; Administration, Human Resource, Information Technology, Communication, Records, Procurement and sub county administration.
Functions of the department include:
Ensuring service delivery in the District
Build capacity of the technical staff in the District
Ensure communication and accountability to all stakeholders
To recruit and retain competent staff in the District
Establish an efficient and effective records management in the District
To motivate staff morale and working environment in the District
Manage Procurement Services
Human Resource Management, More so Payroll Management Systems ( it basically processes salaries of employees, pensions and gratuity)
Supervision of Sub County program implementation.
